Privacy is when you have life of free bird nobody is watching your next move .Privacy is simply having control over what I want to share or how much I want share or with whom I want to share the control should me in my hand . Privacy is precious for me I don't like being observed neither I like giving control of my life to anybody. b. Who is the most responsible to protect your privacy - the government, private companies, or yourself? You yourself should keep check of your actions to keep your privacy intact but these large institutions like govt or huge companies are in much more advance position than you ;so they may be extract your data without you knowing about it. 2. a. What information do you share with other people, institutions, and companies? Try to be detailed. I am more so an introvert person I don't open up with anyone so easily only my close family members know stuff about me or what's happening in my life . if I talk about institutions and companies then there is some portion of information about you that you must share in case to gain access to services like healthcare , telecommunication etc. I am one of those people who hate hitting the I agree button of terms and conditions because unless we'll not be able to use certain services so I only share stuff about me only when I have to . b. Have you ever had any privacy concerns or issues? You randomly search something on goggle and next time you open that search engine you see ads related to same thing this gives you a feeling of being tracked . This states your actions are being tracked third parties like ad agencies are getting informed about them. c. What measures and actions you have ever considered to protect your privacy? - only timely basis I delete my search history . - I keep my device location off. -staying away from ads or links that directs you to different sites that are not fully secure. 3. a. Social media companies surely brought revolution with their apps but they do exploit privacy rights of their users. They basically know almost everything about our so called digital lives, like who we talked to, what we scrolled through, and what we are interested in. b. In your opinion, should parents closely monitor their children to protect them against privacy concerns? Yes ,I think parents should monitor how their children use internet to protect them . Children's are not basically competent enough to give consent or to determine what is safe for them or no they are not aware enough how things works . My idea: 1. Personal Privacy a. I believe we have the ultimate responsibility for our data protection.
